Who We Are
LEvR Creations formation began in 2006 with two architectural hopefuls in Cape Town. Going their separate ways for some years, Mr Linders (the L in LEvR) working for an architect in Zurich and Mrs Ellmann van Rhyn (the EvR in LEvR) working in Cape Town as a Gallery curator and later lecturing at UCT, their friendship was sustained and they came together again on the shores of Cape Town to form LEvR Creations.
The story of LEvR started about 10 years ago when two people became friends in an architectural office in Cape Town, their friendship sustained through their respective strange paths in life. Mr Linders (the L in LEvR) went on to Switzerland to work for a reputable architect in Zurich, gaining wonderful experience in creative design and architecture. Mrs. Ellmann van Rhyn carried on working for the architectural firm, but later moved on to find experiences in an art gallery and lecturing at UCT. Some years later, in 2014 to be more specific, after many deliberations and discussions via digital channels, the two friends came together again in Cape Town to form LEvR CREATIONS, an experimental collaboration, spanning the design sphere and focusing on playful, sustainable and creative solutions for the built environment.
What We Do
Established in 2014, LEvR Creations is a design company that specializes in strategic sustainable design solutions. The main focus of our company is innovative design, facilities management consultation, spatial layouts, interior architecture as well as custom and prototype furniture. At the heart of our company we aim to provide an innovative design service to all our clients that upholds both sound moral and ethical views.
With the use of strong artistic implementation, projects are undertaken with a spirit of investigation and curiosity in order to achieve the following:
Enhance the sustainable future for the natural environment, including both the physical and psychological, without compromising an aesthetic end product
Increase positive social and economic impacts
Habitable and ergonomic design solutions
Developing project specific colour and material palletes
Introducing ecological and innovative systems
Research and development of products

Mrs. Ellmann van Rhyn
Born in 1982. Matriculated in 2000 at Groote Schuur High school. Graduated with BAS at UCT 2003. Worked for Eco Design Architects March 2004 - Dec 2008. Employed in the service industry 2009 - 2010 for Arnolds restaurant and Kalk Bay Modern art gallery. Became research assistant at UCT 2010 - 2011. Worked as lecturer's assistant in 2012. Became employed as a Lecturer at UCT from 2013 till current. April 2014 I Collaborated with Tobias to form LEVR Creations.

Employed for 3 years with Zurich based architecture firm Pia M Schmid Architecture & Design Office. Worked primarily on Restaurants, Hotels, Agricultural developments. Formed LEvR CREATIONS out of a passion for design, sustainability, furniture design and the built environment. The rest is still to be written.
